WHAT
ARE THE PARKS?
The Parks of Silo’s Message
are spaces open to all people for reflection and
interchange, for connecting with the Sacred within us and
around us. They are places to celebrate life, to practice
nondiscrimination, compassion and reciprocity toward all
human beings.
Parks are currently being
built in many locations all around the world. They include
the historic Park of Punta de Vacas, where Silo gave his
first public talk, “The Healing of Suffering," in 1969;
Regional Parks located at key points around the world;
National Parks in a growing number of countries; and
Personal Parks, maintained by families or individuals.
The five Regional Park sites
are at Buenos Aires, Argentina; Alexandria, Egypt; Bombay,
India; Rome, Italy; and Red Bluff, California. National
Parks have been opened in Manantiales, Chile; Toledo, Spain;
and Caucaia, Brazil.
